The Denver taproom is surveyed at exactly 5,280 ft above sea level near the base of the majestic Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
Enjoy a pint or three in our spacious and comfortable taproom that is naturally lit through glass garage doors that open up to beer garden on nice days. Access to our taproom is easy from almost anywhere in the Denver metro area–for specific directions please see the map on our Location page.
At close to 2,000 square feet, we can accommodate groups of various sizes and foster a relaxed atmosphere for enjoying great beer. The Declaration Nation believes in supporting the patriotic pursuit of happiness. Come relish in that happiness with us at our large community table, where we know that your fellow patrons will share your enthusiasm for life.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes! Declaration Brewing has a legal dog patio. Please bring dogs into the patio via the entrance on the sidewalk. Dogs must be on a leash and stay within the designated area.
Do you allow kids?
Yes, bring your family in. Please take your kiddos home by 9 PM.
Do you have TV’s? Do you have sporting events on?
We have 5 big screen TV’s and we do our best to accommodate your sports viewing pleasures. Keep an eye on our events, as we occasionally show popular sporting events on our outdoor movie screen.

Yes, we have free WIFI open to the public.
Do you serve food?
Yes! Declaration Brewing is proud to host a permanent food truck in our beer garden. Kings County Kitchen offers elevated options by Chef Brendon Doyle, inspired by the culinary history of the Americas. Visit their website for their current menu and hours.
You’re welcome to have food delivered or bring in your own food options as well.
Do you have something other than beer?
Beer is the only alcoholic beverage that we carry. We do offer Zuber Fizz cola, root beer, and ginger ale as well as assorted juices, rotating kombucha, and lemonade.
Do you have beer to go?
You can bring in your own growler for us to fill. Depending on availability, we do offer 6 packs to go as well.
Where can I park?
Anywhere on the street, except in front of a garage door, gate, or a strictly prohibited parking sign. Do your best to not park on the sidewalks.
